| Description | CM-H2DCFDA is a cell-permeant indicator for reactive oxygen species that is nonfluorescent until removal of the acetate groups by intracellular esterases and oxidation occurs within the cell. Please note that the name, structure and molecular weight previously published for this product have, as of October 2001, been corrected to include an additional acetate moiety that is covalently bound to the carboxylic acid. The material remains in every way identical to that previously provided by Molecular Probes, and this name correction will not affect the performance of the product. |
